Behnaz SerafourSeems we can expect loads of cut outs and creative angling in the fall ’09. Who’s got the best take on the cut out dress? While I’m enjoying the Behnaz Serafpour interpretation, I see myself more likely rocking that Vena Cava style. Subtly sexy. Now, back to abs class.
